The idea is simple.
For one month, we will be meeting online every morning at 07:30 CET for 30 minutes of movement.
I will guide you through somatic practices, a slightly different sequence each day. The focus is on nervous system regulation and aliveness: shaking, breathing, dancing. Some days, meditative and slow, others wild and cathartic.
I will be there every morning. You can join as often as feels right for you. The field that we weave together will help each of us stay rooted in our bodies and their vitality, as we face whatever the day may bring.
This is not another self-improvement bootcamp. It's a gentle invitation to cultivate an embodied discipline of meeting ourselves, feeling what is present and true — and accessing the immense power that awaits us when we soften.
Given the state of the world, this program is not designed as a hedonistic hideaway from reality. In different ways, we are all feeling the impact of senseless wars, of fascism on the rise, of a potential AI dystopia governed by tech bros, of ecological collapse.
This third edition of IGNITE THE DAY is designed to help us meet the challenges in our personal lives as well as in the human collective with joy, inner strength and a sense of togetherness.
From April 16 to May 13, 2026, you'll have access to a daily live session. Saturdays are free.
Of course you can challenge yourself to show up every morning. You can also join only when it truly calls you.
Every practice can be adapted to the level of intensity that feels right for you. You can switch off your video and just listen or you can share your energy with the others, as feels right to you.
Your contribution: €50 — €110,
based on your financial reality.
For reference: You can give €50 if you're struggling, you can give €80 if you're doing okay financially, you can give €110 if you feel abundant and want to show appreciation for my work in this way. Every contribution will be received with gratitude!
Please note: live sessions happen every morning from Sunday to Friday.
Upon registration, you will receive all necessary information in an email. Please use the form below to register.
I am excited to start moving with you!

Some words about me:
A theatre maker for more than 22 years, I have always been in close contact with the human body and its boundless potential for expression.
In 2017, I began expanding my work to spaces beyond the stage: massage tables, dance studios and forests. I offer individual somatic work connecting body, mind and spirit as well as group adventures into self-love, mature masculinity and reconnecting with nature.
IGNITE THE DAY transmits the essence of my research and practice in a direct and precise way: 30 minutes of guided movement and a great playlist each morning. Nothing more. People from all backgrounds can take part, whatever their relationship to their body.
This can become a deeply spiritual practice for some — an embodied prayer even. One participant described it as "a training camp for warriors of the heart", a space for cultivating a living relationship with our innate vitality and purpose.
You can also just bounce, shake and have a good time — and reap the scientifically proven benefits for nervous system regulation, overall mood and cardiovascular health.
Every session is prepared with care and devotion and rests on simplicity, lightness, humor and a subtle, distinctive group coherence:
This is not a cult, nor a self-help group. Some participants never even turn their cameras on. And yet, there is a sense of cohesion and mutual support that arises simply from sharing this practice each morning.
I used to be addicted to intensity.
In recent years, I have learned to embrace the quieter, gentler expressions of aliveness. Here is what this process is teaching me:
True power lies less in grand announcements and cathartic eruptions. True power might look more like:
– Showing up each morning and staying true to where I am, even when I am so grumpy I want to tear everyone apart (and bringing that into the movement)
– Authentic, silly giggles before facing a tough day at work
– Tears that gently roll from the eyes while moving through an old pattern of grief — and finding out that emotions really can be stored in our bodies and that they can be released through movement
– The progress in flexibility that you almost don't notice in the moment — and after one month you are astounded at the range of motion you have gained.
In the end, it's really about how you apply this practice, what you bring to it — and the quality of exchange between us. That's why the groups for IGNITE THE DAY will never become too big. That way, I can remain responsive to the group.
I am offering this for the third time now, driven by the enthusiasm of returning participants and my own joy. Because I cannot think of a better way to start the day.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT DO I NEED TO TAKE PART?
All our live sessions will be held via Zoom, as this is the most widely used app for video calls. For easier access it's advisable that you download the Zoom app either to your phone or your computer. You also need internet access on your device of choice. While it works well for many participants to tune in via phone, you'll get the best sound quality on a computer. If you want to share your movements with others, make sure that your camera is working. I suggest doing the practice with your camera on. That way I can more easily attune to the group. It's also a good part of forming a cohesive group field, inspiring each other through movement. You can always decide to switch your camera off or on, as feels comfortable. If you can, choose a room in your house where you are able to move freely, with enough clear floor space, and where you are able to hear the music and my spoken guidance on speakers. If you are using headphones, make sure that the cable is long enough or use a stable and wireless alternative. The ongoing communication throughout our month together will be organized via a Telegram group. Please make sure to join this group before attending your first session, as I am often sharing updates and details about upcoming sessions there. You will receive all the links upon registration and after you have made your payment. Apart from these technical details, you don't need to be in any particular state. As long as you can hear and are able to move at least part of your body, you can take part easily. Please note: Sessions happen every morning, apart from Saturdays.
WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?
All sessions start at 7:30 a.m. CET. The first five minutes are for "landing", so that those who arrived early have some time to settle in and those who are a little late can still jump on. After that, I usually don't let people in once the flow has already started. For most sessions, I prepare a playlist and set a vibe the day before. This will be announced in our Telegram group in the evening. This way, you can decide if you are up for a more high-energy shaking practice or, say, a more meditative session in silence. During the practice, I usually guide you through a flow of movement patterns and energetic states. Sometimes I will guide you more closely and work with inner imagery or movement journeys. Sometimes there are simple cues for free expression. However loose or specific my guidance may be, you are always free to just take it as an inspiration and follow your own flow. Because the main aim is to empower each participant to claim their unique form of expression in movement and to cultivate a vibrant relationship to themselves. Every session officially ends at 8:00 A.M. The program is designed for you to be able to jump right into everyday life from there. Still, we usually have one "bonus track" to integrate or deepen the practice. So if you have the time, I suggest blocking out 10 more minutes, so that you can come down gently. Many participants report that they are feeling particularly creative and open after the practice. Some like to journal, paint, make plans, or keep dancing!
HOW DOES THE REGISTRATION WORK?
The registration form can be found further up on this page. You simply fill out the form, make sure that the email address you enter is correct, push 'register' and then check your inbox. If all went well and my mail didn't land in the spam folder, you will receive a welcome mail containing a PayPal link. You follow this link and pay your contribution according to your needs and abilities. After payment, you will be redirected to a confirmation page that contains the Zoom address for our daily meetings and a link to our Telegram group. All you need to do then is to join the Telegram group and save the Zoom link and you're ready to go. Shortly after, you'll receive the same information again as an email. That usually takes a little longer because I only send these when I see a new payment come in. Please make sure that the postal address you provide is correct, as we'll use it for your invoice. Thank you!
HELP, I AM NOT GOOD AT MOVING OR DANCING!
Luckily, this is not a contest! ;-) But seriously, it might even be a good thing not to be too attached to a self-image of "seasoned dancer" or "accomplished gymnast" if you want to make the most of this month. It's not about achievement but all about curiosity. The whole point of this practice is to meet your body as it is, to focus on what your movements feel like from the inside and how they reflect your authenticity in the moment. Many participants have reported heightened levels of flexibility and vitality after some weeks of practice. But fixed expectations around certain outcomes are not the point here. It's really about deep breaths, freedom of movement in the joints and a nervous system that can dance along with the challenges and joys of each day. There is no right way or wrong way to move. Especially if you are not used to seeing a body like yours move on camera because of age, weight, etc. this practice is an invitation to claim this territory of self-expression. It's a basic right for everyone. All that said, I have gotten some really warm feedback from professional dancers, actors and performers on practices like those we cultivate at IGNITE THE DAY.
